Ready for CAE p 163. Collocations. Vocabulary

A squeaky voice: /ˈskwiːki/ making a short, high sound. E.g. squeaky floorboards. A high squeaky voice (voz chillona).

A booming voice: /ˈbuːm ɪŋ/ loud, deep, resonant. Resonante.

A hushed voice: / hʌʃt/ speaking very quietly. En voz baja.
